Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of TeamCloud - a multi-tenant platform for sports schools and training organizations. By using TeamCloud (web dashboard or mobile app) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Parties & Scope

TeamCloud provides cloud-based software for managing sports schools, including scheduling, roster and attendance management, billing, notifications, and analytics. These Terms apply to all users including school administrators (web dashboard) and individual users (athletes, trainers, parents) using the mobile app.

2. Accounts & Registration

  • To access TeamCloud you must create an account and provide accurate information.
  • Account holders are responsible for activity under their accounts and must protect credentials.
  • School administrators are responsible for managing accounts and data for their organization’s users.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to premium features is provided on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are specified in the selected plan. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; refunds are handled according to the published billing policy.

4. Data Processing & Roles

Each school using TeamCloud is considered a data controller for its users’ personal data. TeamCloud acts as a data processor providing hosting, storage, and technical services. Processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and any executed data processing agreements.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service (for example, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or use the platform for unlawful activity). We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts for breach of acceptable use.

6. Warranty & Liability

TeamCloud is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months prior to the claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or abusive behavior. Users may close their accounts at any time; data retention and deletion practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
